I created and maintain this website myself.  Pages are hand-coded with EditPad Lite.  Images are created/modified using Photoshop 8 (CS).   Most of the pixel art I use in my layout are self-modified versions of images from the various dollmakers on eLouai.  The vines were extracted from the background on Sabraelle's Garden.

I no longer have the free time to accept freelance web projects.
